Remarkably, the fossilized bones of these creatures, which glisten in hues of blue and green, are preserved in opal. New research published today in the Journal of Vertebrate Paleontology describes Fostoria dhimbangunmal, a dinosaur species that’s closely related to Iguanodonand Muttaburrasaurus.
